More than 1,000 sqft open space facility, situated next to a rich, green landscape where you can hear the sounds of nature as if you have left London behind! When it rains it's refreshing and soothing and when it's sunny birds like to have long conversations!
And... yes! We are fully equipped with everything we need, including complimentary coffee!
You will be taught by qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches that have an extensive experience in lifting and have been coaching for longer than 10 years. They will break down complex movements for your skill level at your own pace, because they believe there's an exceptional athlete in all of us!
Every 6 months we have a period of testing. In anticipation of this we plan periods of volume and gradual weight overloading, alongside mobility and cardio. The 1 Rep Max testing for several different skilled movement, will serve as an indicative of performance in establishing future goals and assessing the intensity of present sessions. If all of this sounds like gibberish for you, don't worry about a thing you will get used to the terminology, but remember just one thing - these testings are the best times at the studio, they carry a strong emotional charge and they are just pure bliss!
We are not the right people for you if you are looking for a crash diet or if you are looking to exercise only for aesthetics reasons. We focus on what you can do, how we can improve your athleticism and your performance indicators. We are in the business of teaching how to train for life!
Members can access all our workouts from wherever they are, log in their wights and progress, see who else is attending the session and plan their sessions.

We offer transitional 1:1 sessions, for a period of time, to help you prepare for the small group sessions (4:1). Whether you feel you don't have the confidence yet or you feel you need to build a bit more strength to train with your peers, we will work on that together!
In exceptional situations we offer 1:1 sessions for undetermined periods of time (emotional/psychological challenges, disabilities or medical conditions), as we think outside these situations our 4:1 sessions are perfectly accommodating for every skill level.

Confidence comes from knowledge and having a strategic approach to lifting. There is more to exercising than to just follow instructions, you will understand the why and how of lifting, making this perhaps one the best investment you have made towards your physical strength and mental resilience in a while!

But just remember, next time you are in a situation of having to push yourself to one side for the benefit of your employer or business, you can give more and be more productive when you feel good about yourself, when you are healthy, confident, rested and strong!

The member can record their performance progress via our app and we use that data to form future targets and comparisons, but also to set the intensity of present sessions. We like to quantify progress, so that you feel like you are working towards something challenging, but achievable!
The goal post will keep moving, but that is the beauty of the human body, there is an endless amount of skill and strength we can aim for!

By Train
Exit Anerley Station and turn right onto Anerley Station Rd, then left on Anerley Rd (A214). Walk approx 5 minutes, and you’ll find us on the left-hand side opposite Betts Park (there is a big signage that marks the slip road that says Artistic Spaces).

183a Anerley Road. Stay on the main road (sometimes the postcode misleads people) and opposite Betts Park you will see a slip road with Anerley Works signage that leads to the building.
