Leave the busy streets of London behind and step into our retreat-like, family run fitness studio in leafy South London.

We offer small group strength and conditioning training sessions for up to 4 people, and limited one to one sessions for those that need help transitioning into the small group sessions.

We’re proud to be changing the face of gym culture through cultivating a safe and respectful environment for our community, where you may join for the training but you stay for so much more.

Strength and Conditioning Training Classes

We believe that there’s an athlete inside everyone, but maybe you haven’t met the right coach that believes in you yet! Training with us means you have a supportive and judgement free space, both privately or in a group session, because we know we each have our own pace and challenges to overcome.

Here at The Strength and Mindset Studio lifting safely and your wellbeing are of utmost importance to us which is why we focus on building your confidence and skills before loads, including balance, coordination, mobility, strength and endurance through a targeted programme where we use data to track your progress.

We are highly trained and certified coaches and are proud to be a family run business (you may even spot our children helping out around the studio).

By train:

Exit Anerley Station heading up to the main road and turn left onto Anerley Road (A214). We are a short walk away (approx. 5 minutes) on the left-hand side opposite Betts Park. Turn left when you get to the sign for ‘Artistic Spaces’ down the slip road where you’ll find the unit on your right. The Strength and Mindset Studio is Unit 107 located on the ground floor.

By car (free parking):

You can find us at 183a Anerley Road, staying on the main road (sometimes the postcode misleads people) and turn left down the slip road opposite Betts Park where you’ll see a sign for ‘Anerley Works’. There is free parking next to the studio building.

We run a members-only studio and do not provide ‘drop-in’ sessions. If you are new to us please book in for a trial session first - we’d love to meet you!
