Terms and Conditions.

You (the member), are entering an agreement to a purchase on a monthly basis the services offered by Strength and Mindset.

Membership

  • the membership entitles the member the usage of Strength and Mindset's facilities, services and equipment during the booked slot;

  • the membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred;

  • we ask the member to notify our team 30 days in advance of their wish to cancel;

  • we do not freeze memberships, unless exceptional medical conditions.

Booking/Cancelling your session

  • slots can be booked, via Octiv, 14 days in advance for clients that want a flexible schedule or recurring slots for those that like having a regular schedule and 7 days at the earliest prior to the member's preferred booking slot;

  • sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before;

  • in case of injury or emergency please contact us;

  • if the member wishes to cancel with less that 24 hours before the session, unfortunately it will be considered a non-refundable late cancellation;

  • monthly sessions need to be used by the end of the month.

Payments

  • the first payment will be taken on a pro-rata basis at the moment of the agreement, but the next payments towards the membership of choice will be taken on the 1st of every month via GoCardless;

  • the packages and membership payments are non-refundable;

  • payments will be taken automatically until we are notified of the member's wish to stop or alter their membership;

  • if the payment is late the member will be contacted by the Strength and Mindset team and access may be suspended;

  • we will notify the member a minimum of 30 days in advance of our intention to change our prices. 

Age Limit

  • You (the member) are confirming that you are 18 or older;

  • For persons under 18 we must receive a written consent from parent or carer.
