Strength and Mindset – Membership Terms & Conditions
 

  By purchasing a membership with Strength and Mindset, you (the member) are entering into an agreement to pay for and use our services on a monthly basis. Please read carefully.
 

Membership

  • Your membership entitles you to use Strength and Mindset’s facilities, services and equipment during your booked slots.

  • Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • We require 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your membership.

  • Membership freezes are only available in exceptional circumstances and are limited to one month per calendar year. Requests must be made at least 14 days before the next billing date. Freezes cannot be split into weeks or days.

Booking & Cancelling Sessions

  • Sessions can be booked via Octiv up to 14 days in advance, or recurring bookings may be arranged (subject to availability).

  • For group sessions, lateness beyond 10 minutes cannot be accommodated as it disrupts the flow of training.

  • Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

  • In case of injury or emergency, please contact us directly.

  • It is the member’s responsibility to book their sessions each month. Sessions not booked or attended will still be deducted from the monthly allowance.
     

Rollover Policy

  • Sessions may be rolled over once into the following month only.

  • The maximum number of sessions that can be rolled over is equal to the number of sessions in your monthly package (e.g., a 4-session plan allows a maximum of 4 sessions to roll over).

  • Rolled-over sessions must be used within 30 days and cannot be rolled over again.

  • Any sessions not used within this period will automatically expire.

  • Rollover sessions are a courtesy and cannot be accumulated into a “credit bank.”
     

Payments

  • The first payment will be taken on a pro-rata basis at the time of signing up. Future payments will be collected on the 1st of every month via GoCardless.

  • A payment mandate must be set up within 3 days of joining. Accounts without an active mandate may be deactivated.

  • Memberships and packages are non-refundable.

  • Payments are collected automatically until we receive notice of cancellation (with 30 days’ notice required).

  • If payment is late, Strength and Mindset may suspend access until resolved.

  • We will give members at least 30 days’ notice if membership prices change.
     

Age Limit

  • Members must be 18 years or older.

  • For persons under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
