Symptoms like insomnia, mental fog, anxiety attacks, mood swings, weight gain, bone density loss, fatigue, hot flashes and many other issues can be attributed to the loss of oestrogen in the body during the peri menopausal and post menopausal years.
Our coaches wholeheartedly embrace and encourage talks about all the changes our bodies go through all life’s stages and we try to stay updated with current scientific findings. We make sure that even if we don’t know something and we are not too proud to admit it, we will be looking to find out the answers to your questions.
What are the benefits of resistance training?
Resistance training and movement in general, can help you sleep better to start with. Just by improving your sleeping habits you get an array of benefits that can’t be understated. Things like: your capacity to focus on daily tasks and cope with stress, less cravings, less fatigue and stronger immune system can be improved by better sleep.
Let’s not even talk about the aesthetics part, we know about glowing skin, muscle tone and all the rest, right?
But what happens under the hood is mind blowing! All the adaptations that your body goes through when you embrace exercise will help you slow down bone density loss, decrease your chances of getting Parkinson’s, and other diseases and can lead to better insulin response.
Every beginning is hard and confusing, for all of us, at any age. But hasn’t it ever happened to you to dread something and that something to turn out to be fun?
